Hello, I have recently started to experience problems with my NAS (DS412+). I cannot search any of the package centre applications as it say there is a connection error. Also when checking for updates of DSM it says there is no network connection. I have contacted my ISP an performed a factory reset of my router. Also checked the cables in case there was an issue with it. I can access the NAS through wifi so its connected to the router but just appears to be having an issue with internet connectivity. Anyone got any suggestions? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
